A heart healthy fats salad dressing.

Recipe Ingredients for Avocado Salad Dressing

1 cup avocado
1/4 cup lime juice
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup chopped onions
1/10 ounces garlic
1/2 tablespoon raw honey
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe Directions for Avocado Salad Dressing

  1. Prepare everything except avocado first.

  2. Blend all ingredients with hand blender or other blender until all ingredients are well mixed.

  3. Cut avocado in half.

  4. Remove pit and skin.

  5. Discard pit and skin.

  6. Add avocado to other ingredients in blender.

  7. Blend until well mixed.

  8. Use about 1 serving, (1/4 cup), for every 2 cups lettuce, tomato and onion salad.

  9. Keeps well in refrigerator for about two weeks.
