A simple recipe to make avocado sushi rolls using brown rice.

Recipe Ingredients for Avocado Rolls

3/4 cup cooked brown rice
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1/4 tsp sea salt
2 tsp sugar
2 sheet nori
1/2 avocado
1 carrot
1/4 cup tofu

Recipe Directions for Avocado Rolls

  1. Heat rice vinegar, salt, and sugar in a saucepan without boiling

  2. Add vinegar mixture to rice. Let rice cool.

  3. Cover nori with thin layer of rice.

  4. Julienne avocado and place strips in the center of the nori so that the avocado runs the width of the nori.

  5. Roll the nori tightly, and then slice the avocado into multiple (up to eight) pieces.
