Recipe Ingredients for Avocado Reuben - Peta 2 Week Sample Menu

1 tbsp Mustard
2 slices whole wheat bread
1 tbsp Thousand Island Dressing
1/2 avocado
1/4 cup sauerkraut

Recipe Directions for Avocado Reuben - Peta 2 Week Sample Menu

  1. Spread the mustard on one slice of the bread and spread the Thousand Island Dressing on the other slice.

  2. Place dry side down in a lightly oiled skillet. Top one slice with the avocado. Top the other slice with the sauerkraut.
