Recipe Ingredients for Avocado melts

4 slices sourdough bread
1 tomato, sliced
8 strips bacon
2 whole avocado, sliced
1 c. mozzarella, shredded
2 tbsp. mayonnaise

Recipe Directions for Avocado melts

  1. toast bread.

  2. spread on mayo.

  3. add 1/2 avocado, sliced tomato, and 2 strips of bacon.

  4. top with 1/4 c. mozz each and broil under broiler in oven until just browned and melted.
