A hot pocket recipe for my GT express oven. You can also bake this conventionally.

Recipe Ingredients for Avocado Hot Pockets

1 cup, cubes Avocados
2 slices Cheese
1/2 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1/2 cup Original Egg Beaters

Recipe Directions for Avocado Hot Pockets

  1. Prepare pie batter by combining flour, baking soda, water, egg beaters, and a little oil.

  2. While the batter sets, chop the avocado in to small cubes.

  3. Grease a baking pan and preheat oven , or prepare your GT Express oven

  4. Pour in half the pie batter split between the two wells or in the bottom of the baking pan

  5. Add the diced avocado in a layer and put one slice of cheese on top of each half of the well or side of the pan.

  6. Pour the rest of the batter over the top of the cheese and avocado.

  7. Put in GT Oven and bake for 10 minutes or about 45 minutes in a conventional oven at 350 degrees.

  8. Serves two.
