Recipe Ingredients for Avocado Feta Salsa

2 medium raw Tomato Roma
6.5 oz Avocados
0.25 cup, chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions
2 clove Garlic
0.5 oz Coriander Leaves
0.5 oz Oregano
0.5 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.5 oz Ume Plum Vinegar

Recipe Directions for Avocado Feta Salsa

In a bowl, gently stir together tomatoes, avocados, onion, and garlic. Mix in parsley and oregano. Gently stir in olive oil and vinegar. Then stir in feta. Cover, and chill for 2 to 6 hours.
