Recipe Ingredients for Avocado egg salad

1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados
4 large Egg, Whole
4 serving egg white boiled
2 serving Mayo Mayonnaise
2 serving Red Wine Vinegar

Recipe Directions for Avocado egg salad

  1. Chop the avocado into 1/2 inch pieces.

  2. Remove the yolks from all eggs, throwing away 4 of them and putting the other 4 in a bowl with the avocado pieces. Add the mayo and the vinegar and mash well.

  3. Chop the egg whites and add to the mixture, then season with pepper and anything else you like. (I used just a little bit of garlic powder.)
