80 grams Egg, Whole
1/4 tsp Vinegar distilled
1 wedge yields Lime Juice
30 grams (Almarai) Fresh Laban Low Fat
0.33 serving Steviana Sweetener (1 Sachet)
0.13 tsp Paprika
0.17 tsp Onion Powder
1/5 tsp Pepper, White
1 1/2 serving Lite Mixture Salt

Recipe Directions for Avocado Egg Faux Mayonnaise

  1. Mash meat of 1/2 avocado, add 2 small boiled eggs, and all the other ingredients and mash.

  2. You may refrigerate before serving.

  3. Serve with lettuce in a flat tortilla wrap or with whole grain bread.
