16 oz surimi
1 scallion
6 leaves bibb lettuce
5 3/10 oz non-fat greek yogurt
2 oz roasted red pepper
25 g chipotle chile pepper

Recipe Directions for Avocado & Crab Salad

  1. combine yogurt, red pep and chipotle (1/2 pepper in adobo sauce) in food processor. refrigerate.

  2. assemble other ingredients as a salad - top with chipotle dressing.
