Extremely fudgey chocolate cake made with avocados.

Recipe Ingredients for Avocado Chocolate Fudge Cake

4 avocados
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
8 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups Splenda
1 cup walnuts
1 cup pecans
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for Avocado Chocolate Fudge Cake

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Peel avocados, de-seed. Add vanilla extract and cream with an electric mixer. Add water and continue mixing.

  3. Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients and bake at 350 F for 40-45 minutes.
