Avocado Chocolate Fruit and Nut Mousse Recipe

Yum! Fairly healthy, can use organis sugar/ sweetner/ agave nectar to make it healthier. I just have whatevers on hand. Also, maybe add a dash of almond milk (or other milk) if it's too think to blend.

Recipe Ingredients for Avocado chocolate fruit and nut mousse

1 cup, cubes Avocados
1/2 cup Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
80 grams Confectioners Sugar
1/2 cup Peanuts, All Types, Dry-roasted
1/2 cup Raisins Sultana

Recipe Directions for Avocado chocolate fruit and nut mousse

  1. Cut avocado in half, scoop out insides and mash in a bowl.

  2. Add cocoa but by bit and mash with avocado.

  3. Add confectioners sugar bit by bit and mix with avocado and cocoa.

  4. If mixture is too thick, add a dash of almond milk (or normal milk).

  5. Keep mashing until you have mixed most of the ingredients together.

  6. Put into a blender or food processor and blend until ingredients become smooth. You may need to scrape down the sides a few times. You may also need to add some more milk to mixture if it won't blend. However don't add too much as it won't set properly.

  7. When ingredients are all mixed up, spoon out mixture into a big bowl.

  8. Add sultanas and peanuts and mix.

  9. Put in fridge to cool for at least 30 mins.

  10. Serve in individual glasses with a dob of soy cream (or normal cream) and a cherry/ strawberry!

  11. Yum!
