3 cups Fresh cooked Chickpeas 1/2 mashed avocado 3 tbl spoons of MAYO fat Free 1/2 onion chopped 1 stalk celery Juice from one lime Dash of Dill salt, pepper to taste and dash of hot sauce of powdered cayenne pepper

3 tbsp Mayo Fat Free Mayonnaise Dressing
750 grams Dry Chick Pea
1/2 medium Avocado
0.5 small Onions
1 cup, diced Celery

Recipe Directions for Avocado & Chickpea Sandwhich Spread

Blend chickpeas just a bit in blender or food processor. You just want it chopped not pureed. Blend all ingredients and serve on sandwich as you would chicken salad.
