Recipe Ingredients for Avocado Chicken Salad

2 avocado
1 chicken breast
2 tbs mayo
1/4 onion
1/4 cup cilantro
1 clove garlic
2 tbs lime juice
1/8 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Avocado Chicken Salad

  1. salt and pepper chicken breast to taste, bake in 350 degree oven until cooked through, dice

  2. mash the rest of the ingredients together (or food process)

  3. mix in diced chicken

  4. serve as you like
