65 grams Hummus, Commercial
10 grams Dried Apricots
5 grams Pine Nuts, Pignolia, Dried
1 Serving Watercress Spinach and Rocket Salad
5 grams Mint

Recipe Directions for Avocado, carrot, hummus and mint wrap

  1. Add hummus, sliced avocado, grated carrot and rocket salad to a warmed wrap.

  2. Garnish with toasted pine nuts and chopped apricot and mint.
