Recipe Ingredients for Avocado Buttermilk Dressing

1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup soy milk
1 tablespoon Vegenaise
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 jalapeno pepper, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
1/2 avocado, mashed
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce

Recipe Directions for Avocado Buttermilk Dressing

  1. To make dressing, put the vinegar in a 1/4 cup size measuring cup. Fill the cup with soy milk. Let sit a few minutes while you prep the other ingredients.

  2. In a food processor, combine the vinegar and soy milk mixture with the Vegenaise through hot sauce ingredients. Pulse until combined.
