1 muffin Hearty Grains English Muffins
0.4 oz Monterey Jack Cheese

Recipe Directions for Avocado Breakfast Sandwich

Toast whole wheat english muffin while preparing 2 sunny-side-up eggs (season with Crazy Jane's Mixed up Salt). when eggs are almost done, melt slice of monterey jack cheese over each egg. Place one egg on each half of the muffin, smear avocado over top with a knife, sprinkle salt on top.
