Recipe Ingredients for Avocado Bread Dough

1 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 clove Garlic
3.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
35 grams Vital Wheat Gluten
4 cup Wheat Flour, Whole-grain
15 grams Yeast
0.5 tbsp Salt, Table
3.25 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached

Recipe Directions for Avocado Bread Dough

  1. Whisk together the dry ingredients

  2. Mix the wet ingredients (Avocado pulp, cubed tomato with seeds and finely minced garlic included)

  3. Combine both mixtures with a wooden spoon (No kneading)

  4. Rise for 2 hours and refrigerate

  5. Shape it

  6. Rest for 90min

  7. Bake at 450 for 35min

  8. Enjoy!
