Take half an avocado and scoop out inside, leaving just enough around the sides as desired serving size (about 1/5 total avocado), make sure it's deep. Place inside of a ramekin. Crack an egg into the avocado. Bake at 425 for about 10 minutes or longer to desired consistency.
