Really nice salad, quite filling and really low in calories

Recipe Ingredients for Avoca Oriental Beansprout and Noodle Salad

1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 yellow pepper
200 g noodles
560 g beansprouts
200 g green beans
2 tablespoons sesame oil
7 tablespoons soy sauce
3 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon ginger

Recipe Directions for Avoca Oriental Beansprout and Noodle Salad

  1. Thinly slice peppers and mangetout

  2. Saute ginger and garlic in oil

  3. Add soy sauce

  4. Cook noodles according to package

  5. add soy sauce mixture to noodles and allow to cool

  6. then add to vegetables
