Recipe Ingredients for Avo-Egg Salad

1 cup, cubes Avocados
2 serving Egg, White
1 large Egg, Whole
1 serving so good miso
1 cup Spinach
0.5 cup chopped Red Onion

Recipe Directions for Avo-Egg Salad

  1. 1) Combine egg whites and whole eggs with a pitted avocado. With a spoon, slice through the egg and avocado to make small chunks

  2. 2). Add diced onion, miso mayo, and chiffonade of spinach.

  3. 3). Add salt and pepper to taste.

  4. 4. Stir gently and serve immediately.
