Avacado Tomato and Feta Appetizer

Recipe Ingredients for Avacado, Tomatoe and Feta Appetizer

1 cup, cubes Avocados
4 medium raw Plum Tomato
4 oz Onion Red
8 oz Cilantro
4 oz Feta Cheese Crumbles
2 oz Olive Oil
1 tbsp Vinegar red wine
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Cumin

Recipe Directions for Avacado, Tomatoe and Feta Appetizer

Chop avacados, tomatoe, onion, cilantro. Mix gently. Stir in cilantro. Add feta cheese, olive oil, vinegar, cumin and salt. Mix until combined. Chill, covered in the refrigerator. Serve with pita wedges or tortilla chips.
