Had 2 avocados so Tony experimented trying to come up with a healthy use for those healthy fats. It is yummay. We topped bunless lean hamburger with it.

Recipe Ingredients for Avacado Salad ala Tony

2 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
0.5 lime yields Lime Juice
0.5 oz Cilantro
1 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese
2 tbsp Parsley
0.25 tsp Garlic Powder
0.25 tsp Onion Powder

Recipe Directions for Avacado Salad ala Tony

  1. Rough chop tomatoe, onion, and avocado and add to bowl.

  2. Squeeze lime juice over bowl.

  3. Chop fresh parley and cilantro and add to bowl.

  4. Toss ingredients.

  5. Add cheese. Toss.

  6. Sprinkle powders. Toss.

  7. Refrigerate while preparing rest of meal.

  8. Enjoy.
