a bold but simple salad that goes with everything

Recipe Ingredients for avacado and green salad

3 c lettuce, romaine
3 c lettuce, iceberg
1/4 c carrots, shredded
4 T cilantro, chopped
1 T capers
4 green onions, chopped
2 T white wine vinegar
2 T olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 avocados
4 oz. feta cheese

Recipe Directions for avacado and green salad

  1. In large salad bowl, toss lettuce, carrots cilantro, capers, onions, salt and pepper.

  2. Add avocadoes )cubed) and sprinkle immediately with vinegar.

  3. Add feta, crumbled, then oil. Toss again.
