Recipe Ingredients for Avacado and Crab Bruschetta

1 serving l'oven fresh sandwich thin
1/2 cup Crab Delights Chunk Style
2 slice Deli Style Sliced Provolone Cheese
0.5 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados
1 small whole (2-2/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2 tsp Garlic
15 grams Spinach
0.27 g Original Cooking Spray

Recipe Directions for Avacado and Crab Bruschetta

  1. Open sandwich thin, spray insides with Pam and lightly toast.

  2. While toasting, combine tomatoes, garlic and spinach in food processor. Process til chunky in consistency. Drain.

  3. Remove toasted bread. Slice avacado and cover bread slices with avacado slices. Cover avacado with crab meat (some breaking up or chopping of the crab may be necessary). Place one slice of cheese on each piece.

  4. Place slices back in toaster oven and broil til cheese is melted. Remove and top with bruschetta to serve. Can be cut into small pieces for appetizers.
