Recipe Ingredients for Autumn vegetable blend

1 cup acorn squash
1 beet
1 sweet potato
2 turnips

Recipe Directions for Autumn vegetable blend

  1. peel and steam or roast and then peel all the vegetables and cube. Don't overcook squash or sweet potato, they'll mush.

  2. lightly toss the cubes with a little chicken broth or vegetable broth.

  3. season with chipotle pepper (powdered) and fresh herbs such as rosemary, thyme and a little roast garlic.
