A delicious, quick, and healthy choice for the approaching cool days of autumn. Makes two medium sized bowls. Add more water and veggies as needed per people.

Recipe Ingredients for Autumn Soup

1 green onion (medium)
1 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber
1 small whole (2-2/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 slices Sliced Cooked Ham
16 oz Water
1 tsp, leaves Thyme, Dried
1/4 tsp Cajun Seasoning

Recipe Directions for Autumn Soup

Pour water into a pot. While it boils, chop up cucumber and tomato. Cut up green onion and put into the pot. After water is boiling, put in the veggies. Then, wait a few minutes and put in the ham, which should be chopped up.
