Autumn Pumpkin Overnight Oats Ingredients: 1/2 cup of rolled oats 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt (plain yogurt would work too) 1 tbsp chia seeds (you may leave out if you do not have any) 1/2 cup almond milk 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/8th tsp nutmeg, 1/8th tsp ginger) 1/3 cup canned organic pumpkin 1/2 medium banana (mashed) 1/2 tbsp agave syrup (or other liquid sweetener)

1/2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 serving yogurt original astro (1/2 cup 125g)
3.527 oz Natural Foods - Organic Non-Dairy Beverage
0.25 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas

Recipe Directions for autumn cinnamon oats

  1. Autumn Pumpkin Overnight Oats

  2. Ingredients:

  3. 1/2 cup of rolled oats

  4. 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt (plain yogurt would work too)

  5. 1 tbsp chia seeds (you may leave out if you do not have any)

  6. 1/2 cup almond milk

  7. 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/8th tsp nutmeg, 1/8th tsp ginger)

  8. 1/3 cup canned organic pumpkin

  9. 1/2 medium banana (mashed)

  10. 1/2 tbsp agave syrup (or other liquid sweetener)

  11. Directions:

  12. The night before, mix all ingredients into a small bowl (make sure the banana is well-incorporated)

  13. Transfer the mixture into a air-tight container and place in fridge overnight (or at least for 2 hours)

  14. In the morning, enjoy with toppings of your choice! *If the overnight oats is too thick for your liking, add a splash of milk until preferred consistency is reached

  15. Recommended Toppings:

  16. Maple syrup

  17. Nuts- raw walnuts, almonds, pecans

  18. Dried currants

  19. Carob chips, cocoa powder, hot chocolate mixture

  20. Coconut flakes
