Recipe Ingredients for Aussie-style Meatloaf

760 g lean ground beef
1 cup bulgur wheat
1 onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 carrot, grated
15 g curry powder
1 egg, beaten
15 g cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water

Recipe Directions for Aussie-style Meatloaf

  1. Place all ingredients except milk and water in large bowl

  2. Stir to blend

  3. Mix milk and water together, and add to bowl gradually

  4. Stir until softened

  5. Pack into loaf pan and cook in 375 degree oven
