my favorite brownie adjusted to make low carb. I use 2 cups Whey low brown for the sweetener. 1 tsp = 4 gram sugar, 4 g carbs, 4 calories Used:2 cups or 96 tsp. for a total of 384 calories equavlient calories for sake of cal count: 1/2 cup brown sugar (approx)

Recipe Ingredients for Aunt Mary's Brownies

4 eggs, large
32 tbls Whey Low Granules
1/2 cup smart balance
1 scoop whey protein
1/3 cup cocoa
1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 cup Almond Flour
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 ounce dark chocolate
1 cups walnuts
1 pinch salt
1 tsp baking powder

Recipe Directions for Aunt Mary's Brownies

  1. beat eggs

  2. add whey low

  3. cocoa, butter and chocolate square

  4. salt

  5. butter

  6. blend well and add bkg powder and flour alternately with buttermilk. stir in nuts

  7. bake @ 350 in 9x13 pan 25 to 30 minutes
