Recipe Ingredients for Aunt Marjorie's Roasted Corn Salad

16 oz frozen corn
1 sweet pepper
2 scallions
1/2 cup cilantro
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp mustard
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Aunt Marjorie's Roasted Corn Salad

Cook corn according to package directions. Drain any water in the pan, and transfer corn to another dish to cool. Combine bell pepper, scallions, cilantro, vinegar, honey, olive oil, mustard, and salt. Mix well, then pore over corn. Mix all together. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
