2 pounds chicken
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 cup flour

Recipe Directions for Aunt Kathy's Almost Fried Chicken

Melt butter in glass pan. Cut up chicken. Roll in salt, pepper and flour mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Turn over and bake another 30 minutes. Chicken will be crunchy like you fried it.
