Recipe Ingredients for Aunt Karen's Cheesecake

1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted
3 pkg. (250g) Philadelphia Cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs

Recipe Directions for Aunt Karen's Cheesecake

  1. Mix crumbs and butter, press onto bottom of 9 inch springform pan.

  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each until just blended. Pour over crust.

  3. Bake 40 - 50 minutes or until centre is almost set. Run a knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool completely before removing rim.

  4. Refrigerate cheesecake 4 hours.

  5. Add toppings
