An old comfort food. Makes a quick after work meal. Lots of protein, but beware lots of fat, sodium and carbs.

Recipe Ingredients for Aunt Helen's Dish

1 pound hamburger
1 can Tomato Soup
1 1/2 cups baked beans
1 onion diced

Recipe Directions for Aunt Helen's Dish

In a medium skillet, brown hamburger and onions together. Drain excess fat. Drain excess liquid from top of canned baked beans. (I use Bush's Country Style Baked Beans) Add tomato soup and baked beans to hamburger and onions. Combine all ingredients over a medium heat and bring to a slight boil stirring occasionally. Add one or two Bay Leaves and reduce heat to simmer for 15 or 20 minutes.
