From a true old South restaurant that has since closed. Changed slightly, but probably still not the best for you!

Recipe Ingredients for Aunt Fannie's Baked Squash

48 oz Squash, Summer, All Varieties
0.75 cup, chopped Onions
4 oz Bread Crumbs Italian Style
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black
1 large egg Eggland's Best Egg
4 tbsp Egg Whites
8 tbsp Butter Blend Stick Unsalted with Omega 3
0.5 oz Sugars, Granulated

Recipe Directions for Aunt Fannie's Baked Squash

Clean and cut up the squash. Boil on stovetop to tender. Mash the squash and put in a bowl. Add all ingredients but half of the butter stick. Melt remaining butter. Pour over squash mixture and top with bread crumbs. Bake in 375 degree oven for 1 hour or until brown on top.
