Recipe Ingredients for Aunt Em's Pasta Crab salad

1 medium onion (red)
3 medium tomatos (de-seed)
30 ml Olive Oil (Virgin)
30 ml lemon juice
120 g crab (from a tin)
200 g pasta dry (penne or twists)

Recipe Directions for Aunt Em's Pasta Crab salad

  1. Cook your pasta as per packet instructions.

  2. Meanwhile chop up the red onion (very finely) and the tomatos (de-seed as well)

  3. Whisk together 30ml Virgin Olive Oil and juice of half a lemon.

  4. Add 1 tin of crab meat (120g tin) mix all together with the pasta and serve with a leafy salad.
