14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
7 oz Instant Pudding and Pie Filling Vanilla
3 cups 2% milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 oz Whipped Topping Fat Free
114 g Vanilla Wafers Reduced Fat

Recipe Directions for Aunt Devi's Pudding Made Lower Fat

  1. In a large blow, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in condensed milk, pudding mix, cold milk and vanilla until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping (should be half of a normal container).

  2. Line the bottom of a 13x9 baking dish with vanilla wafers, then spread pudding mixture over them.
