Recipe Ingredients for Aunt Betties Seafood Casserole

1 lb Shrimp
1 lb Crabmeat
4 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
12 ounce Evaporated milk
1 cup Cheddar Cheese
2 tbsp sherry wine
1/2 cup bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for Aunt Betties Seafood Casserole

  1. Cook Butter, Flour, & evaporated Milk until thick

  2. In a greased Casserole dish mix all ingredients together (Keep Bread crumbs on the side.)

  3. Top with buttered bread crumbs.

  4. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
