Gluten Free Granola 2 cups oats 1 cup sliced almonds 1 cup sunflower seeds & pumpkin seeds mixed cup ground flax seed cup canola oil cup honey 1 cup dried fruit

2 cup Oats, Rolled, Regular Old Fashioned
1 cup, sliced Almonds
1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds
4 oz Pumpkin Seeds

4 tbsp, ground Flaxseed

Recipe Directions for Aunite Charlene's Gluten Free Granola

  1. Heat the oil and honey until hot. Stir into the oat and nut mixture. Spread on a

  2. parchment paper lined cookie sheet and bake 250 for 40 minutes, or until lightly

  3. browned. The granola will be moist, but will harden as is cools. Cool completely.

  4. Break up the granola into a zip lock bag; add the fruit and shake to mix. Store in zip lock bag.

  5. You can use other types of seeds and nuts; I have used pine nuts, chopped pecans, walnuts, etc or any mixture. You can use maple syrup or molasses in place of the honey. Yummy!
