Recipe Ingredients for August 6th Spaghetti Squash

2 1/2 cups spaghetti squash
1 1/2 cup black beans
4 medium tomatoes
3 red peppers
3 cup Broccoli Cuts
1/2 large yellow onion

Recipe Directions for August 6th Spaghetti Squash

Boil 1/2 large spaghetti squash in salted water until squash is tender. Saute onions in olive oil with garlic. Add red peppers and saute until tender, but still crisp. Add broccoli cuts and turn on high for 6 minutes. Remove from heat and put all ingredients in a large boil. Add in cut tomatoes and mix all ingredients together.
