Recipe Directions for Aubergines Parmigiano

  1. Grill the eggplants, then make 'towers' consisting of grilled eggplant layer, tomato layer and pesto sauce layer.

  2. Sprinkle with grated parmigiano cheese on top.

  3. Bake in the oven (190 degree Celsium) for about 30 min.
