15 grams Olive Oil
4 clove Garlic
60 grams Cream Cheese Light
5580 grams green pesto - tesco
2790 grams Extra Virgin Olive Oil

372 slice, large (1/4" thick) Onions
1 large Egg, Whole
20 grams Parmesan Cheese Grated

Recipe Directions for aubergine gratin

  1. Heat oven 200 c

  2. slice aubergine into half inch rounds

  3. chop garlic

  4. brush aubergine with olive oil top with garlic and roast until cooked.

  5. make a tomato sauce from other ingredients

  6. mix the egg and cheese

  7. put a layer of aubergine in a dish

  8. top with tomato sauce and some parmesan

  9. do the same again then finish with the cheese and egg and some more grated cheese

  10. bake at 200c until set
