My first attempt - not a perfect success by any means

Recipe Ingredients for Attempt #1 AT Lentil Latkes

3/4 cup green lentils
1 egg
1 tbsp olive oil (for frying)
3/4 small onion
6 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp chopped fresh ginger
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp chili sauce

Recipe Directions for Attempt #1 AT Lentil Latkes

  1. Mix (boiled) lentils, egg, onion, garlic, ginger, and other spices.

  2. Fry in olive oil.
