Recipe Ingredients for Atkins Salad

4 cup Spinach
2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
2 large Egg, White
2 cup Alfalfa Seeds, Sprouted
1.5 medium Cucumber, Peeled
1.5 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 small whole (2-2/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
3 large (1" to 1-1/4" dia) Radishes
1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados

Recipe Directions for Atkins Salad

Chop ingredients and toss together in a bowl. Dress with a low-carb dressing.
