1 muffin Atkins Quick Quisine Bake Mixes - Blueberry
1 oz pumpkin
1 oz Westsoy Unsweetened Original
1/2 oz Milled Flax Seed
1/6 large egg

Recipe Directions for Atkins Pumpkin Flax Bread

Follow recipe on bag of mix, but add flax instead of oil and add cooked pumpkin with other liquid ingredients. Add in pumpkin pie spice to taste; extra salt and Splenda is also good.
