Recipe Ingredients for Athlete Energy Ball

7 pitted dates
27 g Pitted Prunes
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1 piece crystallized ginger
1/4 cup pecans
2 tbsp cashews
1 tbsp slivered almonds
1 piece dried apricot
1 oz. Dried Pineapple Chunks
3 tbsp shredded coconut

Recipe Directions for Athlete Energy Ball

  1. Put everything in food processor. Add 1/4 tsp tumeric and fresh lime zest.

  2. Process until complete blended--if you do it long enough, it will heat up a little and make it easy to work with.

  3. Form 12 balls.

  4. Roll in coconut flakes if desires.
