Recipe Ingredients for Athenian Fish

4 oz raw Farm-Raised Tilapia Fillet
1 dash Pepper, Black
1 tsp Greek Seasoning
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 clove Garlic
0.25 cup, chopped Onions
1 Can Artichoke
14.5 oz Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
2 oz Wine, Table, White

Recipe Directions for Athenian Fish

  1. Season fish with Greek seasoning

  2. Heat oil in large sautee pan

  3. Add garlic and onion

  4. Cook until soft and brown

  5. Add fish and remaining ingredients.

  6. Cover and cook 8-10m.
