1 potato
1 lb asparagus
32 oz chicken stock
2 tbsp olive oil

  1. cut up asparagus and reserve tips

  2. cube and peel potato

  3. saute cut up potato and sliced leek in olive oil.

  4. add asparagus and stock,

  5. simmer until potato cooked through.

  6. puree in blender

  7. add reserved tips of asparagus
