Asparagus, tomato and red pepper ciabatta bread pizza

Recipe Ingredients for Asparagus, tomato and red pepper pizza

1 c diced asparagus
1 c diced Roma tomatoes
1 c diced red bell pepper
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 c pizza sauce
1 c Reduced Fat Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
1 serving Ciabata Bread Loaf

Recipe Directions for Asparagus, tomato and red pepper pizza

  1. preheat oven to 400 degrees F

  2. loightly coat baking sheet with cooking spray

  3. in small bowl add asparagus, tomatoes and pepper

  4. add garlic and toss gently to coat evenly

  5. slice bread in half and cut into 4 in sections

  6. arrange bread on baking sheet

  7. add pizza sauce, veggies and cheese to each sections

  8. bake until cheese is slightly browned and veggies are tender, about 15-20 mins

  9. serve immediately
