Recipe Ingredients for Asparagus Sesame Salad

1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 lb asparagus

Recipe Directions for Asparagus Sesame Salad

  1. Trim the asparagus, and chop it into approx. 1-inch pieces

  2. Blanch the asparagus by dropping it into boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then plunging it into ice water immediately.

  3. Drain the asparagus, then toss with the rest of the ingredients.

  4. Serve cold
