Asparagus, Whole-Wheat Pasta w/Lemon Dressing

Recipe Ingredients for Asparagus Pasta w/Lemon Dressing

16 oz Asparagus
16 oz Whole Wheat Penne
4 oz Sun Dried Tomatoes
1 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
1 tbsp Oil Olive Extra Virgin
0.5 lemon yields Lemon Juice
4 oz Goat, Soft Type Cheese

Recipe Directions for Asparagus Pasta w/Lemon Dressing

  1. Boil asparagus until tender, 3-5 min.

  2. Boil pasta per package direction.

  3. Drain pasta and add to a bowl with all remainin ingredients except cheese.

  4. Stir to combine.

  5. Serve and top with cheese, may subsitute feta cheese.
